Part Number: LNA600M4P2GH is a flat-gain, high-linearity, ultra low noise amplifier in a small 15/16”x15/16”x0.48” shielded RF enclosure (PN: 6UDD2W6H41SMAA2). The LNA provides 2dB flat gain (peak-to-peak) over a wide bandwidth from 1.5 to 4 GHz. At 2.6 GHz, the LNA typically provides 20 dB gain, high +41.5 dBm output IP3 at a 120 mA bias setting, and 0.6 dB noise figure. The LNA can be biased from +3.3V to +5V.
