Warranty
Lotus warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one full year (date of shipment to the date claim is reported to Lotus).
Lotus’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts. All shipping costs will be paid by Buyer. Lotus shall have no liability for special, incidental or consequential damages resulting form improper use, negligence or accident.
This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from improper use. In addition, complete or partial disassembly of the components will void this warranty.
