    Part Number: LNA10G22GHR (SKU#: AK20-005L) is a flat gain, high-linearity, ultra low noise amplifier in a small 9/16”x9/16”x0.6” shielded RF enclosure. The LNA provides a +/-1dB flat gain (peak-to-peak) from 10 to 22 GHz. At 16 GHz, the amplifier typically provides 23 dB gain, +22 dBm OIP3 at a 70mA bias setting, and 1.8 dB noise figure. The LNA can be biased from a single supply +5V~15V.
