Part Number: LADC8GFR is a flat gain, high-linearity, ultra low noise amplifier in a small 1-1/8"x15/16”x0.49” shielded RF enclosure. The LNA provides a +/-0.5dB flat gain (peak-to-peak) from DC to 8 GHz. At 4 GHz, the amplifier typically provides 19.5 dB gain, +31 dBm OIP3 at a 72mA bias setting, and 1.8 dB noise figure. The LNA can be biased from a single supply +5.5V~15V.
