Part Number: BUDC3G20G4C is a 4 Channel Phase Coherent 3G~20 GHz block up/down converter that can be used for up conversion or down conversion. RF frequency range is 3GHz to 20GHz and IF frequency range is 500MHz to 9GHz. The integrated low phase noise LO supports LO frequencies from 1GHz to 18GHz.
It has 12.0dB conversion loss at 17GHz with low LO-RF leakage <30dBm. It can be powered either by USB-C or +5~6V terminal with 820mA current draw. It has dimension of 2.75”x4.5”x0.57”.
