Payment Information

All our products are available to buy through our web site.  Lotus accepts all major credit, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal. 

We also accept Bank Wires and Check / Money Orders. Orders paid by check will be held until payment clears, usually 3-5 business days after deposit.

Lotus does not offer credit terms.

Return Policy

A Return Authorization is required prior to sending your order back to Lotus.

To request a Return Authorization please email customer service at sales@lotussys.com and put your order number or available account information . All returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery with a Return Authorization. Returned items must be new, in original packaging and show no signs of wear, damage, abuse or alteration. Failure to meet these conditions may cause your request for return credit to be denied. We will gladly refund you the entire purchase price of your items less shipping and 25% restocking fee.

Order discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days after receipt of order.

All refunds will be given in the original payment form (Credit Card, PayPal, Check etc.)

International Credit Card Payments and Refunds

If paying by credit card with a foreign currency the card issuing bank may charge a currency conversion fee. Lotus is in no way responsible for any conversion cost, rate or fees applied by the card issuing bank.

When returning or canceling items please be aware that upon issuance of credit the card issuing bank may charge a currency conversion fee. After these fees are applied the refund total may be less than the original payment. Lotus is in no way responsible for these fees charged by the card issuing bank.
