Part Number: LNA500M8GR (SKU#: AK20-019Q) is a PHEMT based wideband, low noise MMIC amplifier with combination of low noise, high output IP3 and flat gain over wideband range in a small 15/16”x15/16”x0.6” shielded RF enclosure. The LNA provides +/-1.5dB flat gain (peak-to-peak) over a wide bandwidth from 0.5 to 8 GHz. The LNA typically provides 21 dB gain, high +35 dBm output IP3 at a 60 mA bias setting, and 1.3 dB noise figure. The LNA can be biased from +6V to +15V.
