    Part Number: LNA500M8G is a PHEMT based wideband, low noise MMIC amplifier with combination of low noise, high output IP3 and flat gain over wideband range in a small 15/16”x15/16”x0.59” shielded RF enclosure (PN: 6UDD2W6S1A2). The LNA provides +/-1.5dB flat gain (peak-to-peak) over a wide bandwidth from 0.5 to 8 GHz. The LNA typically provides 21 dB gain, high +35 dBm output IP3 at a 60 mA bias setting, and 1.3 dB noise figure. The LNA can be biased from +5V or +6V.
