Part Number: LAL12F27BDS is a high-linearity, high gain, ultra low current (34mA) and ultra low noise (0.65dB NF) amplifier in a ultra small 1.625”x0.75"x0.595” shielded RF enclosure.  The LNA provides a +/-1.5 dB flat gain for GPS L1 & L2 band. At 1227.6 MHz (L2), the amplifier typically provides 27 dB gain, +23.4 dBm OIP3, and 0.56 dB noise figure.  At 1575.42 MHz (L1), the LNA provides 24 dB gain and 0.65 dB noise figure.  The LNA can be biased from a single supply +5~+12V from output port.
