We are committed to expand our capabilities and providing excellent service. We bought Westbond state-of-art wire bonder 747677E-79. This wire bonder can do both Wedge and Ball wire bonding!
With this wire bonder, we will be able to make more RF/Microwave products with die format. We will be able to cascade our products (in PCB form) to make integrated modules with broad application.
